Previous Caesarean Section
In women with a previous uterine scar (VBAC candidates), prostaglandins increase the risk of uterine rupture and are contraindicated or used with great caution. Oxytocin can be used but with lower dose escalation and enhanced uterine activity monitoring.
Multiple Pregnancy
Bishop score applies to the presenting twin in twin pregnancy induction.
