COVID-19 ARDS
COVID-19 ARDS exhibits unique phenotypes. 'Type L' COVID-19 ARDS has high compliance, low recruitability, and relatively preserved P/F ratios despite bilateral infiltrates — often responding to HFNO or awake prone positioning.
