Immediate manual replacement of the inverted uterus (Johnson manoeuvre) must be attempted before the cervix contracts. Tocolytics (glyceryl trinitrate or terbutaline) may be needed to relax the cervix if the uterus has been inverted for some time.
Postpartum Haemorrhage in Low-Resource Settings

What are the Four T's of PPH?
