The pH to Hydrogen Ion Converter calculates [H⁺] concentration in mol/L from pH ([H⁺] = 10⁻ᵖᴴ) and pOH (= 14 − pH at 25°C). pH 7 = 10⁻⁷ M H⁺, pH 4 = 10⁻⁴ M (1000× more acidic). Each pH unit represents a 10× concentration change.
Formule
[H⁺] = 10⁻ᵖᴴ; pOH = 14 − pH
