Ofte stilte spørsmål
Why do weights vary so much at same age?
Breed genetics dominate. Parents' weights best predictor. Nutrition, health affect growth rate. Large breeds grow longer; growth charts vary by breed significantly.
When is puppy fully grown?
Small breeds: 9–12 months. Medium: 12–15 months. Large: 18–24 months. Skeleton plates close later in giant breeds. Weight gain after 12 months usually fat, not muscle.
How much should I feed my puppy?
Small breeds: 3–4x daily until 6 months. Medium: 3x until 6 months, then 2x. Large: 2–3x until 4–6 months (split meals reduces bloat risk). Follow puppy food label by weight.
